New links, a page creation update, and improved error styles

"Preview" and "Live" are no longer tabs on pages. They are now quick links in the header.

The "Include in top nav" checkbox no longer defaults to checked when creating a new page.

We improved the error style for all number input boxes, so they will now show up on the bottom of the input box.

We fixed the broken sharing option toggle on the tag sharing page.
