We launched Raise, a modern and versatile NationBuilder website theme available to all customers. Created by veteran NationBuilder partners Van City Studios, Raise is the first stock theme built on Bootstrap v4, taking advantage of its many benefits, and comes in 3 color variations.

We updated electoral boundaries in multiple locations:
- Nova Scotia provincial electoral districts were updated to the 2019 version
- Electorate boundaries updated for New Zealand
- More district layers added and reordering for Italy

Fix
We updated our Bootstrap theme on the front-facing donation page. It now pre-selects the radio button next to the amount entered under 'Highlighted donation amount' as expected.

We created a new flow to create tracking codes in the control panel. There is now a "New tracking code" button and a new view for adding the tracking code had been created.
