Conversions, security, filters and membership updates

Update

We’ve leveled up automations by adding conversion tracking—a new feature designed to help you measure your success and create even more sophisticated email series.

Now, you can specify what you’d like to achieve with your automation, such as getting your supporters to donate a specific amount, RSVP to an event, or renew their membership. Once you define your conversion, you can keep track of everyone who has taken that action, and select whether you want them to automatically exit your automation as they convert.

Read our documentation on conversions.

Update

To increase the security of user accounts, we reduced the logged-in user sessions to 12 hours. This change impacts users logging into the control panel and/or to public sites, but not "sorta logged in" users.

Update

Control panel users who want to update their password in their account settings will now need to provide their current password in order to choose a new password.

Update

When control panel users need to reset the password of another user they can now find a button that says “Send password reset email" in the password tab of the signup profile. This triggers the forgot password email to be sent to the user.

Update

We've added an option to filter for the address type that is set as the “primary address” for a given person/organization.

Update

We added the ability to apply a membership expiration grace period to current memberships. This was previously possible for new memberships only.
