Donation auto-responses, slug change and map view fixes

Fix

Some donation auto-responses were not being sent through donation V2 pages that were linked to event pages. This has been fixed!

Fix

Customers who change their slug will no longer see the control panel accessible on their original slug

We fixed a bug that prevented some control panel users from running searches in map view
