Recurring memberships and donation updates, new sources for automations

Control panel users can now change the payment method and/or billing address of a donor’s active recurring donation.

CPUs can receive email notifications for recurring transactions that have started to fail (these notifications will be enabled by default).

We added Endorsement and Feedback pages to the list of recipients in the source sidebar of automations

We fixed a bug for membership expiration warning autoresponses sometimes not being sent.

We fixed a bug where editing a failed donation in the CP would mark it as succeeded.

Adding/editing a donation via the cp will now apply membership from signup action callbacks tied to a donation page.

You can now unlink a membership from a donation in the Control Panel.
