• Updates to send test email and memberships, plus fixes

    Update

We added a hint to the test email pop up to let you know you can comma separate multiple email addresses to send more than one test.

    Update

We added a checkbox toggle to all of the membership expiration inputs.

    Update

We added tooltips to the buttons on the people toolbar (scope, filter, paths buttons) to easily indicate what they are.

    Update

We now include the people count on the "Add tag" dropdown when adding a tag to a person.

    Fix

Some recurring donations were incorrectly reporting fees in the Payouts summary and exports. If you noticed any missing fees in your exports since late March, you can now re-run the exports and see them reflected appropriately.

    Fix

UK based customers were unable to record canvas data accurately, as two new political parties recently emerged in the UK and our UK political party codes were outdated. They are now up-to-date.

    Fix

Autosuggest dropdowns now scroll with keyboard navigation (this applies to lists, tags, people quick search, page quick search, filters, paths, and point people).

    Fix

We've added Finance types to finance_types/new page.

    Fix

We fixed a bug in the Facetweet scheduler that prevented users from selecting a new date after they had selected an initial date.

  • New links, a page creation update, and improved error styles

    Update

"Preview" and "Live" are no longer tabs on pages. They are now quick links in the header.

    Update

The "Include in top nav" checkbox no longer defaults to checked when creating a new page.

    Update

We improved the error style for all number input boxes, so they will now show up on the bottom of the input box.

    Fix

We fixed the broken sharing option toggle on the tag sharing page.

  • New side by side email editor

    New

The email editor got a facelift! We overhauled the editor to offer a new side by side view which allows for less tedious scrolling and more visibility into what your edits will look like when complete. The width of the editor is also adjustable, we moved the "Save" button directly underneath the content area, brought the "Send test email" button to the top, and added a new "Save" button to full screen mode.

  • Optional donation autoresponse emails

    Update

We've updated the functionality surrounding automatic donation autoresponse emails to make them optional. You can uncheck the box next to "Automatically send donors an email" if you would like this function turned off. This is helpful if you use donation pages for paid event RSVP's, or if your payment processor already sends a confirmation receipt and you want to reduce the number of notification emails supporters receive.

  • Contact badges on email/text blasts and improvements to invoices

    Update

You will now see people's contact badges (i.e. a green checkmark for a good email address, red X or "Bouncing" email badge for bad emails) display on the recipients tab of an email or text blast.

    Update

Stat boxes within invoice pages will now stay in the header section, and we also added "Finances" and "Revenue" to the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to make for easier navigation.

  • Updates to page settings and date/time selector

    Update

As part of the previously mentioned effort to condense and simplify large forms into a 2-column layout, Page settings are now in the new format!

    Update

We've also added a new date picker that allows you to select a time.

    Update

We moved the WYSIWYG on volunteer signup pages to its own Intro tab, similar to many of the other page types.

  • + New page update

    Update

We updated the + New Page view so it prominently displays the most commonly used pages for quick, easy creation! You can access all page types by clicking "Show More." We also updated the page descriptions to make it easier to understand the function of each page type. Note: Based on what add-ons you have enabled for your nation, the featured pages may be different.

    Fix

We fixed an expiration date input bug causing intermittent errors.

    Fix

We fixed a date/time input bug that was not including the timezone on event pages.

    Fix

We fixed a geocoding manual override bug.

  • Add a name to an email blast

    Update

We've made it possible to add a "Name" to an email blast, as we know using "Slug" was confusing. The slug still exists and is editable, but when creating an email blast, you can input a "Name" similar to what you do when you create pages. "Name" will also be what you search now rather than slug. Any previous filters you have set up will still work in the same manner you set them up!

  • Settings updates

    Update

We've moved a few things around in the Settings tab to make it more intuitive, as well as give the plethora of information stored here some space. So, we've moved "Contacts and billing" to the avatar menu in the top right corner of the page. We also gave "Phone numbers" its own tab, and renamed "Defaults" to "Nation Defaults."

  • Updates to notifications, forms, fields, and more!

    Update

Notifications have changed location and color, they are now a dark grey and pop up at the bottom of your browser so they don't impede your workflow. They are also on a timer (which is the bar at the bottom of the pop-up), so they will disappear if not clicked.

    Update

Number inputs have been updated with increment buttons to allow for quicker adjustments.

    Update

Date/time inputs are now split into 2 separate fields for more prominent entry and display.

    Update

Form sections, where large forms are condensed and simplified into a 2-column layout, are slowly being rolled out.

    Update

All action callbacks on action pages have been grouped together to make it clear which specific actions are linked.

    Update

We've updated how we display opt-in status on a person's profile. In the header of a profile, we now only display primary contact information with a red/green checkmark as a visual representation of opt-in status. This helps to condense information on the People page as well as in the header section of each profile.

    Update

New focused views remove unnecessary elements (like navigation) from the header section of a page to make the important parts of the view more concise and clear. You’ll notice this on the new Single Person View.

    Update

We updated the toggle for the Control Panel 2.0 with clearer messaging and its own section in the Settings tab.
