    • When a control panel user has “all” people access, they can download any of the files
    • When a control panel user has “none” people access, they can’t download any of the files
    • When a control panel user has “assigned” permissions, they can only download imported files that they originally uploaded or exports that they created
    • A control panel user can download exports authored by people who are assigned to them, even if they have assigned people access

    We fixed a bug that caused people to still show up on a list after they had been deleted. When deleting a profile from a custom list, it was not removed from the screen after deleting.
